TAMPA- The Fog-Walker of Ybor

Tampa's ghost doesn't scream, doesn't chase, doesn't haunt the way people expect. It follows. Slow. Silent. Always far enough back that you're not sure if it's real. They call him The Fog-Walker, a shadow that drifts through Ybor City when the humidity gets thick enough to blur the streetlights. People say he came from one of the old cigar-factory fires — a worker who never made it out, still coated in smoke, still trying to finish the shift he died on. He moves between the brick alleys, slipping past the Cuban Club, the old theaters, the balconies where musicians swear they hear footsteps behind them. Sometimes he appears as a full silhouette. Sometimes just a shape in the haze. But always watching. Locals say if you see him once, you'll see him again. Not because he's chasing you — but because he remembers you. Tampa's ghost doesn't want revenge. He wants witnesses.
